Karena Dickerson

Karena joined the team in 2016 as the firm’s Operations and Administrative Assistant. She is often the first point of contact for clients, both on the phone and in the office, and plays a key role in supporting daily operations, meeting preparation, and the timely processing of business and paperwork.

Prior to joining the firm, Karena worked as a receptionist with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and in the social services field, where she supported adults with developmental disabilities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, San Marcos.

Her work emphasizes organization, follow-through, and creating a welcoming, well-run experience for clients and team members.

A San Diego native, Karena enjoys spending time with her husband and family, including her parents and her dogs, Jackson and Haven. She also enjoys traveling with her husband, Tony.
